Le Tuco is a beautiful mansion set on 12 hectares of private grounds. The accommodation consists of two buildings (the main house with three floors and a guest house) plus a modern pool house. Sustainability and circularity were central to the renovation. Sustainable materials were used, and existing structures and materials were reused. In addition, the roof is equipped with solar panels and heat pumps have been installed.
Main house (557m2)
Ground floor:
- You enter the house in the beautiful long hallway that gives access to a large yoga studio on the left.
- A little further down the hallway, is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
- Further through you come to the entrance of a bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be put together) with an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, sink, and separate toilet.
- At the end of the hallway is the very large living with several areas separated by semi-closed walls. Here you will find:
- A lounge area with various sofas
- A television room with a Smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix function
- A dining room with a dining table for 8 or 16 people
- A kitchen with a very large kitchen island with a sink. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator.
- A billiard room
- In addition, there is a utility room with a refrigerator, freezer, and separate guest toilet.
First floor:
In the hallway, a staircase goes up to the first floor with two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms all have 2 single beds that can be put together.
Second floor:
Further up, on the second floor, you will find an attic room that sleeps 4; 2 sinlge beds and 1 double bed. This room is equipped with air conditioning.
Guesthouse "the Hangar" (167m2)
- The entrance to the fully independent guest house is in the open plan living which includes a kitchenette, lounge area with sofa, and long dining table for 8 people.
- The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-zone induction hob and a dishwasher.
- There are 4 bedrooms that all have 2 single beds that can be put together.. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Three of the rooms open onto the wooden (covered) terrace that spans the entire rear of the guesthouse.
Pool house (88m2)
- The pool house has a sauna with a separate toilet and a walk-in shower.
- Next to the sauna is an attractive area with large sliding walls that can be opened completely. Here you find a long dining table, a bar with a sink, and a kitchen unit with a hob. Outside in the shade of the roof of the pool house is a table with chairs.
- A few steps down will take you to the 23x5.5m poolwhich is surrounded by a sun terrace with deck chairs and umbrellas.
The grounds
The large beautifully landscaped park features a lawn with some trendy lounge chairs. You will also find on the grounds a jeu-de-boules court, an orchard and vineyard, a fire pit, and a special yoga platform under the trees (yoga materials such as mats and blocks are provided).
There is air conditioning in the living room and the attic room in the main house.
