During the renovation of Leni Mountain Chalet, sustainability played a major role, thus preserving & reusing old materials. This is further reflected in the interior design with carefully selected materials and large windows that highlight continuous views of the beautiful surrounding nature. The windows surround the living and dining room, which also features a well-equipped kitchen with island, and a fireplace for cozying up by on cold nights. The four hotel-style bedrooms, luxurious stone bathrooms and sauna complete the stay and offer complete relaxation.
In the naturally purified and heated pool outside the house (surrounded by a fence for safety), you will feel instantly connected to the serene and inspiring environment. Around the house you will also find several balconies and terraces to unwind with a good book, a freshly brewed coffee, or one of the delicious wines from the wine cooler.
Due to its fantastic location, Leni Mountain Chalet is an excellent base for many adventurous activities in the area. Furthermore, the villages of Sölden or Längenfeld are a short distance away which emphasize the ultimate alpine feeling.

Modern holiday home for 8 people with spa, sauna and heated pool in Tyrol
Leni Mountain Chalet is a three-level sustainable holiday home attached to an outdoor zone. The bedrooms are all on the ground level, and the first floor has communal spaces.
Layout Leni Mountain Chalet (220 m2)
- On the top floor of the house, sheltered by a vaulted ceiling, you will find a cosy living room and a small seating nook with a fireplace.
- It extends into the dining area with a table for 6 guests.
- The kitchen has a central cooking island. A fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, cooker and grill are available for use.
- On the levels below, there are 4 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms. All bathrooms have a shower.
- Three bedrooms have (200x200) double beds that can be separated, and one has a (90x190) bunk bed.
Outside (400 m2)
- The natural swimming pool (7m x 4m x 2m) is the highlight, emulating a pond with soft pebbles and stones. It is heated by an air-source heat pump.
- Besides the pool and under an extended stone section of the building, you will find sun beds and loungers, a gas barbeque, and a dedicated sauna and steam room.
- Atop this structure is an open terrace with comfortable seating.
- The top half of the house extends out into a private balcony with a dining table for 4 guests.
- The garden is surrounded with a wooden fence for extra safety
Other information:
- Additional services against a fee include a gourmet chef, sushi service, breakfast package, and spa and wellness programs.
- Towels, slippers, robes and linen are all provided.
- Washing and drying facilities are available in the chalet.
- The house is not available for rent during the winter as it is inaccessible due to snow.
- There is free private parking.
