Liades Luxury Villa is privately situated on a hill, a short distance from the village of Methoni, on the southwestern tip of the Greek Peloponnese. The impressive luxury villa has a breathtaking location with undisturbed sea views that can be fully enjoyed inside and out. It is the perfect place for those looking for a luxurious holiday with friends or family surrounded by all modern comforts, space, and tranquillity.

The villa is furnished in a modern style with high-quality design furniture from e.g. Carl Hansen and natural colors and materials that create a warm atmosphere. There are 6 ensuite bedrooms that can accommodate 12 guests. All rooms have access to the covered panoramic terrace. The heart of the house is the magnificent open-plan living area with an attractive sitting area and a very well-equipped kitchen with Miele appliances. Ceiling-high sliding doors can be fully opened, allowing the living area to flow seamlessly onto the shaded terrace. This is the perfect place for al-fresco dining or a long aperitif, where the views of the blue will never bore you!

On a lower level (connected by stairs), the fabulous infinity pool beckons with its lovely sun loungers for a lazy afternoon, while children can spend hours enjoying the refreshing water.

Liades Luxury Villa is also ideally located to explore this beautiful and varied region of the Peloponnese. You will find several beaches at a short distance, including the breathtaking Voidokilia Beach and the charming towns of Pylos and Kalamata. Liades Luxury Villa is a beautiful one-story villa, which has a completely private situation on a hillside in a short distance from a small village and the beach. The villa is equipped with excellent facilities and has a unique location with undisturbed sea views. With 6 bedrooms it can accommodate 12 people. The layout of the villa is as follows:

  • The heart of the house is the spacious open living room with a kitchen and a sitting/dining area. In the living/dining room, you will find a large L-shaped sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen television, and a long dining table. 
  • The kitchen is equipped with a cooking island and many brand appliances including a Miele oven, combination oven/microwave, warming drawer, and dishwasher. There are two Liebherr refrigerators, a Bora electric hob, a Jura espresso machine, and a Nespresso machine. There is also a Zwilling toaster and kettle, KitchenAid blender, juicer, Krups hand mixer, and a Frifri fryer. 
  • A door in the kitchen opens onto the terrace at the side of the villa with a long dining table.
  • There are 6 bedrooms, all with two single beds that can be joined together to make a double bed (180x200cm). All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower and Apivita toiletries and sliding doors that open onto the terrace at the front of the villa.
  • A separate toilet in the entrance hall
  • A laundry room with a Miele washing machine, dryer, and iron.
  • Garage 

Highlights:

  • All rooms in the house have underfloor heating and air conditioning (hot/cold)
  • Every 3-4 days (depending on the length of your stay) the villa is cleaned and bed linen is changed.
  • Daily clean (pool) towels are available on request.

Outside:

  • The villa stands on a fully fenced plot that you enter through an electric gate.
  • Attached to the house are a beautiful large covered terrace with a stylish lounge area, a dining table for 12 people, and a barbecue/plancha. 
  • From the terrace, stairs lead down to the infinity pool (15x4m/1.42m deep) with sunbeds and an outdoor dining area.
  • There is a jeu-de-boules court and private parking (for 4 cars)
