• Bedrooms: Two comfortable bedrooms; one in the trullo with a king-size bed or two single beds, a luxurious freestanding bath, and an ensuite bathroom with toilet and sink; and a second bedroom (160x200) in the attached lamia. An extra bed can be placed upon request.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, Nespresso machine and toaster.
• Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, one ensuite to the trullo bedroom, both equipped with toilet, shower and sink.
• Facilities: Air conditioning, linens, hand soap, hair dryer, cotton pads, makeup remover, card games, children's toys, children's bike and books on Puglia.

Outside:

• Garden: One hectare of land with olive trees, fruit and nut trees.
• Swimming pool: A swimming pool (15m2) with a low-water area for children, surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas.
• Terrace: Covered with furniture and an outdoor kitchen with an authentic oven and sink.
• Extra: A relaxation area with a fire pit.

Sustainability:
Little Dolce Trullo offers a sustainable and comfortable stay, respecting nature and traditional construction techniques. Think of the use of 0 km materials, such as fig tree wood from the Valle d’Itria and stone from local quarries. The house is optimally insulated with double stone walls and expanded polyurethane, while the roof is finished with ‘chianche Leccese’ stone.

For energy efficiency, a Cupolex ventilation system ensures natural cooling, and the hot water system runs primarily on solar energy. Additionally, the house meets anti-seismic standards, and the historic rainwater collection system has been fully restored and is fully functional.
