This luxurious guesthouse is truly a feast for the eyes! The owners choose not to call it a boutique hotel because they prefer to create a real home for their guests. During your reception, you will immediately notice that they welcome their guest like old friends.
The house has 12 unique rooms, which all offer views over the green hills. There is no television, but watching TV will be the last thing on your mind when you lounge near the (heated) pool or enjoy the warm sand of the nearby beach. Locanda al Colle is located only 5km from the Tuscan coast and the owners have reserved a number of nice gazebos/cabanas for their guests at beach club Code Beach Versilia. Locanda al Colle does not have a restaurant service, but every evening except Wednesday and Sunday, only for resident guest, guests are invited for a cozy dinner, hosted by a resident chef. Guests dine together on the terrace by candlelight. A number of noteworthy dishes are the "homemade" ravioli, tuna served with sesame seeds and Farro with pesto. Every morning, a lavish breakfast is served (cheese, meat cuts, quiche, cake, muesli, cornflakes, various jams, bread and fresh fruit) on the terrace. On request, the owners will also prepare lunch for their guests. There is an "honesty" bar, where you can help yourself to a drink.
The room types
- Standard - Orizzonte: 16m2 with a king-size bed
- Superior - Noce / Olivo / Cipresso / Colletto: 19m2 with a king-size bed, a small private garden and a terrace. These rooms are on the ground floor and are accessible for wheelchairs.

- Superior Plus - Giardino: 19m2 with a king-size bed. It has a small private garden and a terrace (12m2). These rooms are on the ground floor. 

- Deluxe - Aurora / Mare / Collina: 25m2 with a king-size bed, open fireplace and outdoor furniture on a covered panoramic terrace. The sofa in the room can be used as an additional bed.
- Junior Suite - Alba: 25m2 with a king-size canopy bed and a spacious private terrace.
- Suite - Colle / Tramonto: 35m2 with a king-size canopy bed and a spacious private terrace. The living room of the suite has an open fireplace and a sofa which doubles as an additional bed for one person.
Attention: at Locanda al Colle, the minimum overnight stay is 3 nights. The guesthouse is open from late March to early November.
Private beach club – Code Beach Versilia
At Code Beach Versilia (Lungomare Roma 107, Marina di Pietrasanta), the owners can reserve a beautiful spot for you. Each room has its own private gazebo, changing room, and beach towels available from the end of April to mid-October. Guests can also enjoy complimentary use of SUP boards and bicycles.
