This luxurious boutique hotel is truly a feast for the eyes! The owners really try to create a true "home" for their guests. During your reception, you will immediately notice that they welcome their guest like old friends.
There is no restaurant service, but the guests are invited to enjoy an extensive dinner every evening (except on Wednesday and Sunday evenings) prepared by chef Gian Luca and the owners Riccardo and Arianne. The chef Gian Luca used to work at a Michelin star restaurant, but he now prepares a lovely dinner using local products of the province of Versilia. On Monday night the owners turn the kitchen into a local "Osteria" where you can taste typical Tuscan dishes. On warm Summer nights guests dine together on the terrace by candlelight. Every morning, a lavish breakfast is served (cheese, meat cuts, quiche, cake, muesli, cornflakes, various jams, bread and fresh fruit) on the terrace. On request, the owners will also prepare lunch for their guests. There is an "honesty" bar, where you can help yourself to a drink. You can also learn from the chef Gian Luca himself by signing up for the cooking lessons (max 4 people) that are held each Tuesday afternoon.
