The villas are designed with an eye for detail and have a rich array of amenities that will fulfill all your holiday wishes: An open living room with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace for cool days in spring and autumn, and a modern kitchen equipped with all cooking comforts. Spread over three floors are four stylish bedrooms, each with a state-of-the-art bathroom, which together can accommodate 8-10 people (including the sofa beds). Air conditioning ensures a good night's sleep even on hot summer days.
You can also enjoy a gorgeous design and modern comfort outside... At the front of the living room is a spacious balcony, which offers an impressive view over the sea, next to it is a chill-out lounge and there is an outdoor kitchen with a large dining table for your al-fresco barbecue dinners. The highlight outside is the private infinity pool boasting a waterfall and shallow plateau, ideal for the little ones to splash around.
If you want to exchange relaxing days by the pool for a day at the beach, you can drive to Almiros or Arachavi Beach in just a few minutes... for swimming, water sports, or enjoying a drink in the beach bars. You can go hiking at the Pantokrator Mountain (900m) and culture lovers cannot miss a trip to the UNESCO-awarded Old Perithia and the old town of Corfu.

Luxury Stone Houses consist of two modern villas (240m²) with sweeping views of the sea. The villas are equipped to a high standard with luxurious facilities including air conditioning. Each house has a stylish open-plan living with a fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and 4 spacious bedrooms each with a state-of-the-art bathroom. The fifth bathroom is an additional one and is located in the living area. In two rooms you will find a sofa bed. Outside is a private infinity pool (5x10m) with luxurious sunbeds, a terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining table, and a balcony with seats that you reach from the living room.
Additional services can be booked on request and for a fee, including massages, a private chef, a starter kit with drinks, snacks, and food for the first day, and a cleaning service. Boat trips, airport transfers, and car rentals can also be arranged.
