Lys d'Avril consists of two accommodations: a barn apartment (5 people) and ‘La Maison Principal’ (7 people) that can be booked separately or together. These well-kept accommodations are decorated with an attractive, rustic interior and guarantee a carefree holiday with family and friends.

La Maison Principal (180m2)

• This house is divided over three floors and has on the ground floor a cozy living room with fireplace, television, DVD player and games for the children. The comfortable sofa and armchair (both covered with natural linen) and the sisal carpets create a homey atmosphere.
• Also on the ground floor, is the spaciously furnished rustic kitchen with a 5-burner Falcon cooktop with three ovens, a Side-by-Side refrigerator, a dishwasher, a double ceramic sink, and a Espresso coffee machine.
• From the kitchen, you have direct access to the private terrace behind the house.
• Finally, there is an additional bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
• On the first floor, there are two bedrooms where a total of 5 people can sleep.
• On the second floor, you find the master bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and separate toilet.

Barn Appartement (140m2)

• This spacious loft with a private terrace is situated on the ground floor and has a mezzanine.
• In the warm living room with stone walls, there is a comfortable sofa, two wicker chairs and a large dining table where you can dine with the whole family while the wood burner provides comfort on a chilly evening.
• The spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, mixer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
• On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a crib including a bathroom with shower and a freestanding bath with legs.
• There are three more beds (one double and one single) on the mezzanine, perfect for the children. Here is also a shower and separate toilet.

Outdoors

• Children will find plenty of fun outside in the fenced garden. On the lawn, there is a climbing frame, sandbox, swing and lots of space to run around. Parents can unwind on the sun beds under the umbrella, or in the hammock while enjoying the beautiful view.
• Take a refreshing swim in the saltwater pool (10x5m) that is open from May to October and shared between the two accommodations of the domain.
• On the BBQ prepare delicious summer meals that can be enjoyed at the long table outside and bring a toast on a nice family vacation!
• Play a game of Jeu de Boules on the Jeu de Boules court (13x3m)
