Maison Bourgaget is a single-story bungalow surrounded by 2500m2 of private ground. It is a tastefully decorated house with plenty of space outside to relax, play, and dine.

- The house has an open living plan (44m2). The lounge area has a comfortable sofa with a generous footstool, a separate armchair, and a television.
- The open kitchen has a cooking island with 4 large wicker bar stools and an induction hob. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances such as an oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.
- A long hall (of 10 meters!) takes you to the bedrooms and the bathroom.
- The bathroom is equipped with two black sinks and steel water taps. There is also a toilet and a walk-in shower.
- There are three bedrooms in total, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a single bed and a cot.
- The bedrooms have Vietnamese natural stone floors (the third bedroom has a concrete floor) with natural carpets and fans for hot summer days. The bedrooms also have wicker roller blinds against insects and blackout curtains.
- Behind the last bedroom is the utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

- 2.50x10m and 1.30m deep swimming pool (ideal for children) with a sun deck
- Large wooden terrace (of 200m2) with a canopy of 9x4m where you will find a black dining table with 8 chairs and a barbecue.
