Extra cleaning is possible for €12 per hour
At the time of reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the reservation sum. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. When booking within the 6-week period, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will take place. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
On location, a credit card authorization can be made for the deposit of € 600, -. If you do not have a credit card, the owner / manager will come up with a different solution in consultation with you.

Maison des Vendangeurs 2 is set in the sunny south of France, close to the beaches of the Languedoc-Roussillon, authentic fishing villages, and the town of Narbonne.
The renovated 19th-century townhouse in the village of Fleury is home to five apartments, all slightly different but inviting and completely furnished.
On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen for communal use, a stylish living and access to the large garden with a pergola, outdoor kitchen, gas grill, and a swimming pool.
All apartments have:
• A private open kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and kitchen utensils.
• A dining table with chairs (high chair available on request)
