Centrally located in Provence, between Carpentras and Orange, just a few kilometers from the small market town of Sarrians, Maison les Sablons is set in a completely private location. This old Provencal house was lovingly restored while retaining its original features. Behind the old facade, you will find rough stone walls, traditional wooden doors, and elegant arched passageways. These are complemented by contemporary furniture, fine linen in natural colors, vintage finds, and antique pieces. The altogether gives a charming and warm feel.

Maison les Sablons is a perfect family house, suitable for 7 people, where you can enjoy a pleasant get-together and at the same time find your privacy. The 3 spacious ensuite bedrooms - all with their own terrace - provide optimum comfort, while the cozy living room invites you to play a family game on cool evenings.

In the lush garden, you will also find plenty of space and beautiful spots to enjoy the quiet country life. Have dinner together under the pergola on the terrace, rest in the shade of a tree or take a cool dip in the private pool. But you should also make time to explore the area.     Had a nice vacation at Maison Les Sablons Sarrians. Rooms are spacious and clean, but air conditioning would definitely not be a luxury here. Swimming pool is lovely! It is definitely worth going to Avignon and to the market in Orange.

    Beautiful attractive house with a very nice garden with pool and beautiful plants and flowers. The surroundings are super nice and you can also do good cycling. Photos are not all up to date (canopy outdoor table and the outdoor kitchen).

Maison les Sablons | 165m2 | 7 people 
An attractive house with beautifully decorated areas inside and out.

On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with an island cum bar, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. A passage leads to the open-plan living/dining room with a spacious dining table and a lounge area with a comfortable sofa from the kitchen.

From the living room, three steps lead up to the 3 ensuite bedrooms. These bedrooms all have a private terrace and an ensuite open bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The bedrooms are spacious and equipped with a double bed (160x200cm). One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.

Outside

  • The house is situated in a beautifully landscaped garden (2000m2) with a lawn, a vegetable garden, and a private swimming pool (10x5m / 1.20-1.60m deep) with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from 15 April to 1 October.
  • Next to the pool, you will find a small outdoor kitchen with a barbecue.
  • Attached to the house is a terrace (with a pergola) with an outdoor table for 8 people.

Extra:

  • The house has a laundry room with a washing machine.
  • You will find a welcome pack upon arrival.
  • Housekeeping and massages can be arranged on request and for a fee.
  • A baby cot and high chair are also available on request.
