Maison Vivre Plus is a beautifully restored French holiday home that’s idyllically situated in the Midi-Pyrenees, just 45 minutes south of Toulouse. A hidden gem, where you can immerse yourself in the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, and admire sweeping views from the terrace of rolling green hills and an impressive mountain backdrop.

The authentic country house has been lovingly restored into an atmospheric holiday home in the south of France. The original trusses have been preserved and provide a warm feeling in combination with the concrete floor. The owner Ilse, with her experience as an interior decorator, opted for the typical Scandinavian simplicity with light furniture, kitchen and accessories for a fresh 'touch'.

The private house is spacious and suitable for 6 people plus 4 children (for a stay in 2018 for 4 people plus 4 children). The house has a living room with patio doors to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, oven, dishwasher), four bedrooms, one with two extra beds on an elevation and another kitchenette.

The covered terrace with BBQ and large dining table invites you to enjoy long diner nights under a beautiful starry sky. The private pool, the sunbeds and an outdoor shower complete the outdoor life.

From Maison Vivre you walk within 7 minutes to the village of Saint Blancard (basic shopping), you drive in 3 minutes to Lac de la Gimone, a lake with sandy beaches and in a radius of 15-20 minutes drive you will find some very good restaurants. In the area you can also visit vineyards, explore nice local markets or make a day trip to Toulouse, Biarritz or Andorra.

for stays longer than one week is an intermediate cleaning and change of linen and towels is possible (to be paid locally)

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of 500 Euro, is to be paid together with the balance payment of the rental to Nice2stay. The security deposit will be refunded, less any applicable deductions, within 4 weeks after departure.
