Maison 12 is set in a beautiful building in the heart of the city of Ghent, in Belgium and is part of a unique concept. On the 1st and 2nd floors of the building are two luxury apartments, which have been taken care of down to the smallest detail by owner Mia - a hostess pur sang. On the ground floor is the pastry shop that is run with passion by her husband Henrik. When you arrive at Maison 12, you will be warmly welcomed by them and they are available for you every day ...
In the two sun-filled apartments, design and minimalism are key. In the inviting open spaces, you will find high-quality Italian furnishings and clean lines, while light wooden floors and the ornamental gas fireplace provide warmth. The black window and door frames as well as the carefully selected details add a chic touch. The luxury accommodations are ideal for couples and families who love quality and design. The apartments are suitable for 4 people, and have 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining kitchen and a terrace with a view over the city.
Ghent invites you for beautiful city walks and offers a variety of cultural and culinary activities. When you return from a morning stroll, pop into Hendrik's pastry shop for sweet or savory treats. In their chocolate studio, they also offer chocolate tastings that you really cannot miss!
In short, Maison 12 lets you fully enjoy design, hospitality, and exquisite delicacies.

In the pastry shop on the ground floor, the owner Henrik prepares various sweet and savory treats. The spelt bread (for which they are known) is made from organic flour that they pick up themselves at the mill on electric cargo bikes. The 'bokkenpootjes' are also sold like hot cakes, and of course, you cannot miss a chocolate tasting in the chocolate studio!
