- Large open kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, blender, and wine cooler. There is also a wine cellar.
- The living room has two large designer sofas, a fireplace, and a piano.
- There is a fully equipped coffee corner with a dining table and a DeLonghi espresso machine
- The conservatory (glasshouse) is a bright dining area with a long dining table, bar, and chill-out areas. The conservatory offers access to the outside terrace
- There are 8 bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds, 5 of which have an ensuite bathroom. All ensuite bathrooms have a toilet, sink, and shower. The master bedroom also has a freestanding bathtub. There is a bedroom on the ground floor for disabled people.
