Ground floor:

• Entrance/hallway with beautiful tiled floor and stairs
• Living room with various leather armchairs and a fireplace. Adjacent to the living room you will find the dining room with a table for 14 people and patio doors to the outside.
• A well-equipped country-style kitchen with a Falcon gas stove, dishwasher, American fridge, Nespresso machine, and a microwave. The kitchen has a large kitchen island and an additional dining table.

First and second floor:

• Spread over the first and second floor are 7 spacious bedrooms (two with two single beds and five with a double kingsize bed). Six bedrooms have a modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower or shower/bath combination.
• On the first floor, you will find the second living room/TV room with a wood-burning stove, several comfortable sofas, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Furthermore, the house is equipped with WiFi internet, a washing machine and dryer and care products.

Outside:
The house is set in a beautiful garden of almost 1 hectare with:

• A heated saltwater swimming pool (11x5m) with an electrically operated cover and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from mid-April to mid-October depending on weather conditions. There are sun loungers, a parasol, and a lounge set around the pool.
• Spacious fully equipped outdoor kitchen with plancha, barbecue, and covered terrace
