Margari Villas is the work of the talented architect Pero Vuković. The result is three accommodations, each with a modern design and state-of-the-art facilities. The accommodations has one or two bedrooms and features modern bathrooms, inviting living rooms and well-equipped kitchens. In addition, each bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the olive trees.
The owners wanted to create a sense of understated luxury, focusing on peace, space and relaxation. Amidst these houses lies the courtyard and shines the heated infinity pool. In the impressive garden, you will also find numerous lounge areas. Beautiful stay for 12 persons with infinity pool in the Kvarner-Gulf
You will find on the estate of Margari Villas two architectural villas and two separate units (which can only be booked as a whole and not separately), each with unique decor but with the same level of luxury and comfort. All houses have air conditioning, underfloor heating, wifi, and state-of-the-art facilities. In addition, each room has a private terrace. This means that Margari Villas can accommodate a total of 10 + 2 people.
House A | 4 persons:
House A and B are placed opposite each other, with the large courtyard and swimming pool in the middle.
- Large dining table and adjacent the modern open kitchen with built-in air conditioning. The kitchen includes: a refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, espresso machine, dishwasher, blender, toaster, electric grill and further cooking utensils.
- Living room with large sitting area, fireplace and smart TV.
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (which can also be made up as 2 single beds).
- Both bedrooms have a walk-in closet, a small sitting area or work area and a bathroom, equipped with sink, walk-in shower and toilet.
- Separate toilet.
- Covered terrace with a dining table outdoor kitchen with a sink and a built-in barbecue. Additionally, there is an icemaker and a refrigerator available.
House B | 4 persons:
House A and B are placed opposite each other, with the large courtyard and swimming pool in the middle.
- The open kitchen with a high bar and views of the pool. The kitchen includes: a refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, espresso machine, dishwasher, blender, toaster, electric grill and further cooking utensils.
- Laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (which can also be made up as 2 single beds).
- Both bedrooms have a walk-in closet, a small sitting area or work area and a bathroom, equipped with sink, walk-in shower and toilet.
- In addition, each bedroom has a private terrace, with a seat in the shade of the olive tree.
Stone House | 2 persons:
A little further on you will find this beautiful suite for 2 persons, made of reclaimed stone.
- Double bed (160 x 200 cm), closet and sitting area.
- Further on you will find the en suite shower and even further a sink and a toilet.
- There is also a small kitchenette, equipped with a small refrigerator, induction hob, coffee maker and kettle.
- Private terrace
- You overlook the herb garden and this house is located in the lower part of the estate.
Tower:
- Tower is the only house with a first floor and a second floor.
- It is located at the entrance of the estate, and has several purposes, both sporting and commercial.
- It also has a bathroom, kitchenette and it can accommodate up to 2 people.
Outside areas:

- Each accommodation has one or more private parking spaces.
- In addition, each bedroom has a private terrace, with a seat in the shade of the olive tree.
- In the middle of House A & House B is the courtyard with the heated infinity pool (14 X 3,5 M with a depth of 1.35 meters). Around the pool are comfortable sunbeds.
- A Large lawn for children to play on.
- There is a grill terrace, fully equipped with an extra refrigerator, ice maker, traditional and electric grill, suitable for outdoor cooking and cozy evenings.
- The terrace opens into a small balcony that hangs over the Mediterranean herbs of sage and immortelle.
The lower part of the estate is covered with the shadow of Ladonja trees and is suitable for relaxation or outdoor exercise. There is a large outdoor table tennis set and additional exercise equipment available. A little separated from the other facilities, the fire pit, which you can enjoy during summer evenings.
Margari villas can accommodate up to 10 + 2 persons in the following way: 10 persons in 5/2 rooms (four rooms in houses A and B and the fifth in the stone house) plus two extra beds. Extra beds can be added in the rooms of house A and house B or a separate unit "TOWER" can be prepared for a stay.
Margari Villas is not specially adapted for wheelchairs but is wheelchair-accessible due to wide doorways and lack of thresholds.
