This authentic Provençal farmhouse from 1830 was completely renovated and transformed into an stylish and elegant place, where luxury and comfort come together. The interior was done by Scapa Home, a Belgian design brand that is known for its stylish and timeless interior. In addition, there are beautiful art photos by the Belgian owner (a renowned photographer).
The farmhouse - suitable for a total of 12 people - consists of a main house (the Mas) with a living and dining room with a fireplace, an authentic kitchen and 4 spacious (25 m2!) bedrooms, each with a unique bathroom. In the annex there are two more ensuite bedrooms, ideal for those who want a little more privacy! All this is surrounded by over 3 acres of private land, where you can enjoy the view over the hayfields from early morning until late at night. This place is in particularly popular among creative people, due to its enchanting and inspiring surroundings. Vincent Van Gogh came to the garden of this special place at the invitation of le docteur Félix Rey.
Outside you will find the beautiful garden of this dream resort, with several seating areas and the heated pool. On the terrace you can enjoy an aperitif while the children play on the jeu-de-boules court or go on an adventure in the garden. Cooking enthusiasts can have fun outside on the OFYR barbecue or prepare pizzas in the wood-fired pizza oven inside the kitchen. For fun excursions, you have the choice of numerous charming French towns such as Les Baux, Saint Rémy de Provence, Avignon and the beach of the Camargue, all within 25 minutes' reach. In addition, the owner of Mas d'Images offers the possibility to make your stay complete with workshops, wine tastings or guided walks. Authentic farmhouse for 12 people with private pool in Provence
Mas d'Images is a beautifully renovated farmhouse that combines traditional elements with a stylish interior. With warm colors on the old walls, wooden beamed ceilings, elegant French windows, and a contemporary interior, the house exudes an inviting ambiance.
The farm consists of the main house (the Mas) of 320m2 and an annex with a patio.
Layout main house (Mas):
Ground floor:
- Well-equipped kitchen with a large work table and a wood-fired pizza oven (with a seating area around). The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances such as a dishwasher, large Side-by-Side fridge, Morice gas stove with electric oven, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, and an Espresso machine (from the brand JUNO). From the kitchen, French doors take you to a large terrace with chairs and a dining table.
- Living room with lounge area, fireplace, two comfortable armchairs, and a TV. A passageway takes you to the dining room with a large table for 10 people, sideboard, and a fan above the table.
- Guest toilet with a toilet and a shower
- Laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, as well as a freezer and an additional large refrigerator
Upper floor:
- A staircase takes you from the living room to the upper floor. Here are 4 double bedrooms with beautiful French windows and their own unique bathroom with shower and toilet. The bathrooms are furnished with Geberit and Hans Grohe accessories.
Layout annex:
- In the annex, you will find the 5th spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
- Bedroom with 2 bunkbeds and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
- In addition, there is a spacious patio with a long wooden dining table and a lounge corner.
The house is equipped with central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wifi, an iPod docking station, and a Loewe Smart TV.
