During the renovation, many original elements - the rough stone walls, tiled floors, playful niches, and old windows - were preserved and supplemented with modern furniture, light wood, attractive lighting, and decorations in natural materials (such as wicker baskets and poufs). Behind the characteristic facade with gray shutters, you will find an inviting living room with a spacious lounge area, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a total of three bedrooms that are suitable for 6 guests. Two ensuite bedrooms are on the first floor and in the attic there is one more cozy sleeping area. A perfect play and sleeping area for (older) children.
Outside in the middle of the greenery, children can go on an adventure. There is a playground, plenty of grass to play on, and at the back of the property is a small stream, 'Le Riou', for more moments of discovery. In summer, the heated saltwater pool offers refreshment and moments of relaxation, while the terrace shaded by the trees is an ideal spot for al-fresco dinners. There is also a naturally overgrown gazebo - a lovely shady area with beautiful views - and the petanque court completes the typical French holiday feeling.
