Mas Prats is a wonderful holiday home for 7 people in a small and quiet valley on the Costa Brava, away from the hustle and bustle. The house is located on the estate of owners Olga and Albert, who themselves live with their son in the adjacent farmhouse. Mas Prats is a house where you can completely unwind and is an ideal place to discover the rest of Girona.
The house has a minimalist design, complemented with light woods and antique furniture. Two large windows, overlooking the green fields and forests, connect the house with the garden. In the living and dining area of the house you will find a modern kitchen with a dining table and a mezzanine. The mezzanine above the kitchen offers a nice place for children to play and relax. Next to the kitchen is a bright and spacious bedroom with three single beds. A wooden sliding door leads to the ensuite bathroom, with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. On the other side of the kitchen you will find a cozy living room with comfortable furniture, a TV and a wood stove. Further on, there are two more bedrooms, both with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Old and new come together in this house; the original wall and antique furniture are mixed with a modern interior.
Outside you will find the green lawn as far as you can see and lies the large saltwater pool. There are two covered lounge areas outside, where you can enjoy the shade in the afternoon or have a nice dinner in the evening. You can also explore the surrounding area and, for example, take one of the beautiful hiking trails or cycling routes. Although the house is in a fairly quiet location, there are several villages nearby with restaurants and supermarkets and you can be on the beach within 15 minutes. Olga and Albert are happy to welcome you to their beautiful estate, and give you the privacy you desire. Mas Prats is a fine vacation home for families or friends and a place to make beautiful memories.
