• Spacious but cozy living room with a large sofa, fireplace, and TV. From the living room, there are French doors to the garden. 
• Dining room with dining table for 6 people.
• Large and well-equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffeemaker, pantry, breakfast table, and plenty of storage. The kitchen is equipped with further cooking utensils. 
• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
• Courtesy bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

Second floor: 

• Spacious bedroom with large windows, French balcony, and queen size bed, plus the possibility to put a crib.
• Spacious bedroom with large windows, French balcony queen-size bed, and two single sofa beds (sleeps up to 4).
• Spacious bedroom with queen size bed, large windows, beautiful wooden walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large sink, spacious shower and toilet.

Second floor:

• Spacious family room with 4 single beds or, pushed together, 2 double beds. 
• Ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. 

Annex (studio):

• Two double rooms

• Entrance living room with table, chairs, and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

Outside:

• A large lawn with palm trees and beautiful views of the green hills and the sea.
• Covered terrace with a lounge sofa, lounge chairs, and next to it a long table.
• A second covered terrace with nice seating areas. 
• Swimming pool of 12 by 6 meters and a maximum of 3 meters deep. Next to the pool is a cottage with changing rooms, 2 showers, and a toilet.
