Masseria ai Pini is an exclusive country house located in complete peace and privacy in the middle of a one-hectare private estate with more than 100 olive, fruit, and citrus trees. With old charm, modern touches, and every comfort, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

• High-quality and fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender and Espresso machine
• The kitchen has a small seating area and a passage takes you to the separate dining room with a large table.
• There are two bedrooms, both equipped with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a private bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. One of the bathrooms also has a free-standing bath
• A narrow stone staircase leads to the roof terraces on the first floor and an extra room, which can be used as an office or as a guest room as it is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed (160x200cm). At the back of the room is an adjacent bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.
• Utility room (accessible from outside) with washing machine and dryer

Outside:
The Masseria is located on a fenced and secured private property, which you enter via an electric gate. Outside you will find the following facilities:

• Large courtyard (300m2) with a shaded pergola with a dining table, a covered lounge corner, a small outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a herb garden
• Swimming pool (13x4m and 120-180 cm deep) with stairs to enter. Next to the pool is a sun terrace with a shaded pergola, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and parasols. The swimming pool is open from April 1 to October 31.
• Roof terraces that extend over multiple levels and are equipped with loungers
