Enviably set in a country estate surrounded by endless olive groves and vineyards, it’s conveniently close to the historic town of Manduria and only five kilometres from the sea with its infinite dunes of golden sand.

The property is flanked by the original buildings, which have been tastefully converted into simple, elegant guest rooms. The whitewashed walls of the old farmhouse reflect the intense Southern Italian light and provide a beautiful contrast to the stark Mediterranean landscape. Suites 11 and 15 comprise a lounge with 2 sofa beds and 1 double bedroom; Suite 16 comprises one extremely spacious room. Suites 11 and 16 each boast an outdoor bath in the garden, whilst suite 15 has an outdoor shower in the garden.

Guests are welcome to participate in Mediterranean cooking classes, where you learn to prepare homemade bread, taralli, friselle and orecchiette using seasonal vegetables from the gardens. The friendly owners additionally organise monthly yoga retreats and offer Ayurvedic massages. They’re also happy to recommend Puglia’s hidden treasures, including beautiful beaches and the best places to sample the authentic Puglian landscape and culture.
