Masseria Prosperi is a boutique farm hotel with a total of 6 rooms near the city of Lecce and within walking distance of the beach.
The Masseria used to be the family home of Mercedes, Antonio and their two daughters... The layout of the house, the shared meals, the animals and the welcoming owners ensure a homely stay in Puglia.

In total there are 6 rooms, 2 of which are located on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. All rooms are uniquely decorated with vintage furniture, beautiful headboards, antique dressers, and feature:

- Superior rooms 1 & 2 are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden.
- The Classic Room and Suite 3 & 5 have access to the shared balcony on the first floor.
- Suite 6 is only suitable for 2 persons and has a Jacuzzi bath.
- Suite 5 is ideal for 4 adults and has a panoramic window.
Food
Besides the animals, the Salentina Cuisine is the heart of Masseria Prosperi. Here you can enjoy the family's delicacies from morning to evening. The extensive complimentary breakfast comes with fresh fruit, homemade cakes, breakfast cereals, as well as a selection of local cheeses and cut meats... Of course, it is accompanied by freshly squeezed fruit juice and Italian coffee of your preference.
On request, a simple lunch (salad, sandwich, fruit) can be prepared, and during your stay, you should absolutely try one of the shared dinners. Antonio prepares exquisite fish meals that are served with a matching wine.

Children will love a stay at Masseria Prosperi! The farm animals, lawns and pony rides bring lots of fun for the little ones. Teenagers can jump on their bikes and go to the beach, lounge at the two swimming pools or take riding lessons. If available, the owners can add an extra bed in the room and children up to 3 years old, who still sleep in bed with their parents, stay for free.
