Masseria Santa Marta consists of 4 authentic houses and a contemporary villa. All houses are tastefully furnished combining traditional elements with modern comfort and can accommodate 2-4 people. The accommodations further feature:
- Open-plan living with a dining table, sitting area/comfortable chairs
- Kitchen or kitchenette with basic kitchen appliances and SMEG kitchen accessories.
- Separate bedroom (only the villa has 2 double bedrooms) or a (sofa) bed in the living room and a modern bathroom.
- Finally, the houses have a small outdoor area with a table and chairs. The villa also has a patio with its own jacuzzi!
- Each property comes with air conditioning, satellite television with Netflix, and Wi-Fi internet access.
- A welcome pack and toiletries from Essentia Puglia will be waiting for you.
Outdoor areas:
- A swimming pool (3x8m)with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, and a covered lounge area. The pool is open from April to October.
- A large outdoor kitchen with a cooktop and barbecue where you can prepare your own meals and a large dining table (under the pergola) for a total of 15 people.
- A vegetable garden where you can pick your own vegetables and herbs.
- An additional area complete with a supplementary kitchen and a comfortable lounge area.
- On the premises, you will find private parking spaces.
