Owners, Francesco and Lara, have lovingly transformed their dilapidated 200-year-old country home into Masseria Scorcialupi - a sun-drenched holiday home, conveniently situated just outside the Puglian village of Maruggio in the heel of Italy. The holiday home consists of three apartments:
MIRTO (max 4 persons, 55 m2)
Spacious entrance/living room with fireplace, table, armchair and additional sleeping place for 1 person; authentic kitchen, triple bedroom with one double bed and one single, bathroom with shower.
GINEPRO (max 4 persons, 45 m2)
This apartment comprises a living room with adjoining kitchen, furnished with table, two additional sleeping places, double bedroom with fireplace, and a bathroom with shower.
ROSMARINO (max 3 - 4 persons, 42 m2)
Entrance hall with bathroom with shower on the right, and kitchen/living room with table, one additional sleeping place and a double bedroom on the left. An extra foldaway bed can be arranged upon request.
All apartments benefit from air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.
The kitchens are equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and an espresso coffee machine.
