Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
On location, the owners can ask for a credit card authorization for the deposit of € 600, -. If you do not have a credit card, the owner / manager will come up with a creative solution in consultation with you.
On arrival you have to pay €1.50 per person per night (18+) for the City Tax.
The costs for the final cleaning is between €40,- & €80,- and payable on location.
