MerSea is a stylish and cosy appartment for up to four people on the Côte d'Azur. Only a few meters separate this flat from the beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear water of the Mediterranean Sea. The creative Dutch owners have transformed this southern French flat into a nice stay with lots of charm. 

The house has two bedrooms, which are separated by authentic glass doors and a bathroom with walk-in shower and beautiful tiled floor. The large windows in the bedrooms offer views of the garden and let in plenty of sunlight. In the living room you will find beautiful wooden furniture, rattan chairs, and a comfortable seating area. The house has a warm, homely atmosphere that will make you feel at home immediately. Because of the many windows, the indoor and outdoor areas merge nicely. There is also a compact but well-equipped kitchen. 

Outside you will find the terrace with a covered dining table and several places to enjoy the sun. The garden is full of Mediterranean plants, palms and flowers and is enclosed by walls in beautiful shades of terracotta. To cool down on hot days, you can step under the outdoor shower or cross the road directly to La Nartelle beach. The centre of Saint-Maxime is only 10 minutes away and has many cosy terraces, a beautiful harbour and a long boulevard with plane trees and palm trees. Sainte-Maxime is situated between Saint-Tropez and Cannes and is therefore the ideal location to discover the surrounding area.
