Mongibello is situated in Umbria, close to a lively village and beautiful cities, whilst even the beach of Le Marche is within comfortable daytrip distance (1.5-hour drive).

Ground floor:

The stunning staircase to both sides of the villa is a genuine architectural masterpiece. The left side of the property is enclosed and leads to the upper floor where three bedrooms are located. The right side is open and spills out onto the terrace.

In the courtyard are two beautiful suites, each with en-suite bathroom (1 with rain shower and 1 with bathtub). One is wheelchair friendly.  The suites have airco.

Upper floor:  

• Hallway with built-in wardrobes, tastefully illuminated with Scandinavian designer lamps
• Two (double) bedrooms, which share a bathroom with rain shower, two wash basins and a toilet

The garden enjoys a completely private, hilltop setting on the edge of a forest and, with two terraces, a large shaded lawn, and swimming pool area (located slightly further up the hillside), offers more than enough outside space.

• Next to the holiday villa is a beautiful lawn under the shade of numerous large trees
• To the front of the property is a sunny terrace (accessible from the living room and staircase) with seating next to an olive tree
• The 18 x 3.5 metre swimming pool is located slightly further up the hillside and is furnished with sun beds, parasols and seating areas – the perfect spot for soaking up all that sun!  

Highlights:  

• The first floor is refrigerated by a floor system, which makes a more comfortable fresh sensation than standard conditioning.
• The owner’s origins are from here and her family still lives close by making wine, olive oil, jams and tomato sauce which they will share with you.
• The managers/concierges have long been employed by the owner’s family and go to great lengths to ensure that Mongibello remains in tip top condition. Meals can be prepared upon request, extra cleaning can additionally be arranged and both the garden and swimming pool are maintained on a daily basis.
• The owner has personally furnished her holiday home with beautiful finishing touches, including beautiful tableware, and high quality bedlinen and towels etc.
• Childres are welcome, 2 baby cots and high chairs are present and can be arranged on request. Toys are available on request as well.
