Monte da Casa do João has a quiet location and is surrounded by beautiful gardens where you can fully enjoy the outdoors. There is an outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, lounge area, playground, and lawn. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is attractive and fully aimed at families and children. In total it can accommodate 14 people.

Layout Monte Casa do João (400m2):

• The entrance is in a very spacious open living area with large sliding doors that bring you directly outside. In the center of the room is a large dining table for 14 people.
• The lounge area is split into two sections, both with a comfortable sofa. In one area is a wood stove and in the other one a TV with satellite channels.
• The kitchen is equipped with a cooking island and has all modern appliances such as a gas hob, microwave, oven, extractor hood, Side-by-Side refrigerator, dishwasher, Espresso machine, toaster, food processor (perfect for little children's meals), and a washing machine.
• In the sitting area, a door takes you to three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and the children's bedroom has 3 bunk beds, a baby bed, a table, and toys.
• The two bathrooms are decorated with beautiful tiles and equipped with a shower or bath, toilet, bidet, and sink(s).
• The master bedroom is located on the other side of the living room. This room has a private bathroom (bath, shower, sinks and toilet) and a living room with a spacious L-shaped sofa that overlooks the pool. An extra bed can be placed here. Doors open onto a small private terrace. The double bed of the master bedroom is on a mezzanine floor, you will also find a large built-in wardrobe. 

Outside
The house is surrounded by large grounds where you will find various spots to relax, play, and eat together. You will find here:

• A large swimming pool with a wooden sun deck and some sun loungers
• A lounge area on a raised deck
• An outdoor kitchen with a grill and a wooden picnic table shaded by a pergola. Next to the outdoor kitchen, you can relax in comfortable chairs in the shade of a tree
• A nice playground with a playhouse and swings
• Hammocks
• A vegetable garden where guests can pick vegetables
• A pond, perfect place for an idyllic picnic

Kids @ Monte da Casa di João:
The house is fully equipped for children; there is plenty of room to play inside and out, a separate bedroom with bunk beds and toys. Outside they will find a playground, animals on the farm, a vegetable garden, and of course, they can play in the swimming pool and on the lawn. A high chair is available.

• Breakfast can be served every day or brought to the door in a basket if you prefer.
• Daily cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.
• Alentejo bread, “chorizo” and cheese workshops can be organized on request.
