Spread across 16 acres, the grounds of the property offer an exclusive holiday escape. Two sweet dogs live on the property (mainly present in the vineyard)

Layout Monte da Vila 

• The spaces in the house are laid out one room after another, with easy connectivity

• From the red-roofed entryway, walk into the living room, which has seating bundled around a fireplace

• Next to the living, you find an informal lounge, with a flatscreen television as well as books and magazines

• On the other side of this room, you’ll find the dining area with a circular table for 10 people

• The room along the length of the house is the blue kitchen, complete with appliances and cooking equipment. It has an espresso machine, wine climate cabinet, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric grill, induction cooker, toaster and kettle

• The kitchen has two more, smaller dining tables for 3 and 4 guests each

• There are 4 bedrooms, with two double beds (160 cm x 200 cm) and one with 2 individual beds. The 4th room has 2 single beds (90x200cm) and a mezzanine where 2 kids can sleep

• Two of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms, one with a large shower and the other with a bathtub. There is one more shared bathroom as well as a guest toilet

Outside

• The house has a large outdoor area, which includes a small lawn and a swimming pool with sunbeds. All these spaces overlook the olive groves and vineyards within the property grounds

• The spaces on the ground floor all have access to different sections of the outside spaces

• In the verandah, sheltered by a curved red ceiling, is an outdoor dining table for 18-20 guests

• You will also find other seating areas such as stone benches, couches and outdoor chairs so you can enjoy the scenery wherever you choose to be

• The garden is fenced and the house has an electric gate

• Parking spots are available on site
