Monte das Cangalhas is decorated with class and elegance by the owners Marc & Jules who spend regularly their time in the villa and have turned it into an inviting place, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Layout:
- The fully air-conditioned house is on ground level with here and there a set of stairs and has the following layout: •
- Entrance hall
- A spacious living with comfortable lounge area near the fireplace and television (Apple TV) that can be reached taking a few stairs from the hall
- A short staircase brings you up to the fully furnished kitchen with dining table, oven, cooktop, fine tableware and tablecloths, a Nespresso coffee machine, plus olive oil from the owner’s land
- A few steps down, you access the area where the bedrooms are situated
- All bedrooms have a box spring bed (to be made up as a double bed or two single beds) and a private bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink
- One bedroom opens onto the terrace and features a bathroom with double shower
Outside:
- Monte das Cangalhas is situated on a fully fenced terrain of 6.5 hectares with 150 olive trees and several fruit trees, including citrus trees.
- From the living room, you step onto a sunny and wide terrace located at the side of the house with sunbeds and extra chairs.
- The covered terrace at the back of the house is accessible from the living room as well as the kitchen; it is an ideal spot to savor together a lunch at the large dining table.
- The big olive tree provides shade to read in peace a good book.
- At just a few meters from the terrace, you can enter via a few pool steps the large swimming pool (12x5m and 1.80m deep) for a refreshing dip or for bubbly moments of relaxation in the annex jacuzzi (not heated) •
- At the front of the house, there are plenty of parking spaces and a gate closes the entire estate
Other:
Monte das Cangalhas is equipped with a BBQ and WIFI that both can be used by guests. On request, the owners can provide a crib and high chair for families that stay with their little ones. The house is supervised by Seguritas providing (if needed) English speaking assistance and has service people who take care of the garden (2-3 times a week) and the swimming pool (once a week).
