Montimerso has 11 suites, 4 premium suites with a private plunge pool, a one-bedroom apartment, and a two-bedroom apartment (for 4 people). All rooms overlook Lake Alqueva or the village of Monsaraz and are located on the ground floor.
The hotel pays great attention to the environment and its surroundings. For example, Montimerso invests in the production of electricity for its own consumption and uses rainwater for irrigation. In addition, the hotel advocates a reduction in light pollution, not only out of respect for biodiversity but mainly because they are included in the Darksky® Alqueva Reserve.
All suites and apartments are cleaned daily and are equipped with Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, air conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, bathrobes, and toiletries in the bathrooms.
Skyscape restaurant
With privileged views of the Alqueva and Monsaraz Castle, Montimerso's restaurant serves local dishes for dinner and lunch in addition to breakfast (included in the price). A private dinner "under the stars" is available on request.
