The ground floor has underfloor heating

First floor:

• Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200 cm) and door to a spacious indoor balcony; a romantic place with a daybed and a beautiful view.
• Bedroom 2: double bed (180x200 cm).
• Bedroom 3: double bed (180x200 cm).

These three bedrooms share a bathroom with a double sink, shower, and bathtub.

• Bedroom 4: double bed (180x200 cm) with ensuite bathroom including double sink, shower, and toilet.

Outside the high season, you can rent Moulin Calbel at a lower rate with a maximum of 10 people. The second kitchen and the second floor will then be closed.

• One terrace with a long dining table and access to both kitchens.
• Large covered terrace at the back of the house with a dining table of 4.75 meters.

• Small river about 50m from the house.
