Nord312 is located on a park with several bungalows and houses. The park is very spacious, which provides the necessary peace and privacy. Nord312 is furnished with great comfort and good facilities. The interior of the house is finished with wood, which gives it a light and natural look. In the living room you will find a spacious seating area with TV, comfortable furniture and a woodburning stove. Adjacent you will find the modern, spacious kitchen which is fully equipped and the dining table. The owner loves to cook and in the kitchen there are cookbooks for inspiration. There is a beautiful dinner service for an extensive dinner. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with marble look, equipped with a walk-in shower and sink. The master bedroom has a comfortable double box spring and the second bedroom has 2 single beds, one of which can also be made up as a double bed. 

The French doors in the living room open onto the green, private garden of Nord312. In the garden there are 2 covered terraces and several sitting areas. There are lounge chairs to enjoy the sun, an outdoor shower for summer cooling and a large trampoline for the children. Also in the colder months, the garden is a lovely place to stay and you can light the outdoor stove to gather in the warmth of the fire. Because of the dense fence surrounding the garden, you have a lot of privacy. In the park you will find a restaurant, several playgrounds for children and a football field. The sea is within walking distance (20 min.), but can also be reached within a few minutes by car or bicycle. You can also drive to the cosy cities Alkmaar or Den Helder, walk through the dunes, woods or tulip fields, or spend a day on Texel for example.
