This modern design villa, designed by the acclaimed architects from 3H Architects, is surrounded by an ancient olive grove and a protected nature reserve on a quiet part of Skiathos. This is the ideal location for those looking for design and comfort, in a beautiful beachside setting.

Walking across the panoramic terrace, you will be overwhelmed by the beautiful sea view and view of the mainland of Pillion. To your right is the fully equipped kitchen, while to your left is the living area with home cinema and fireplace. Minimalist design and modern open-plan living can be found everywhere. Take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings or the sun on one of the lounge areas around the pool.

The bedrooms are accessed via the wide staircase from the terrace. Once downstairs, you will find four luxurious and bright bedrooms, each with private bathroom and sliding doors to a lounge terrace. To complete your holiday, you can opt for luxury services such as boat hire, transfers, a private chef and more!

The quiet and stunning beach of Liagries can be reached within a few minutes' walk. Driving along the coast, you'll also find countless small, paradise-like beaches, authentic villages and picture-perfect views.

Luxury holiday home for 8 p with an outstanding architectural design in Greece

Ohlive Beach Villa is a beautiful seafront villa and has been designed with great attention to detail; from the bright bedrooms to the large panoramic windows that seamlessly blend outdoors and indoors. The communal living areas are located on the ground floor and the sleeping quarters on floor -1. The bedrooms are equipped with luxury hotel beds and air conditioning. 

Layout Ohlive Beach Villa | 210 m²

Ground Floor:
The common living areas are located on the ground floor. Here you can open the large sliding doors for the ultimate indoor-outdoor feeling!

  • On your right hand side you will find the spacious, bright living room, with comfortable sitting area, fireplace and piano. There is also an apple TV and a projector with which you can project movies on the wall. 
  • On your left hand side you will find the open modern kitchen with a cooking island with bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, espresso machine, kettle, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster and other cooking utensils. 
  • Here you will also find the dining table and a pantry for extra storage.
  • Separate toilet.

Floor -1:

  • Two master bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and private bathrooms, each equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
  • Two junior bedrooms with double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and private bathrooms, each equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. The beds in this bedroom can be made up as double beds with a topper (180 x 200 cm) or as two single beds. 
  • Each bedroom has large sliding doors to the garden. 

Outdoor areas: 

  • The panoramic terrace on the ground floor seems to float above the dune landscape. Here, next to the kitchen, you will find a spacious dining table with an adjacent built-in barbecue. 
  • Further on you will find the sun terrace with comfortable sun beds and an outdoor shower.
  • Adjacent to the living room is a large lounge with various spots to enjoy the sun.
  • Further on, you will find the L-shaped infinity pool with shallow end. 
  • On level -1 you will find a green garden with several seating areas and a hammock.
  • There are parking spaces on the premises.
