Ohlive Villas consists of three independent luxury villas in a spectacular location in the unspoiled northwest of the Greek island of Skiathos, surrounded by the Mandraki Nature Reserve.

The villas are characterized by large sliding windows that merge the inside with the outside, and expansive terraces invite you to spend the whole day outside, enjoying impressive sea views. Sink into the sun loungers by the splendid infinity pool, enjoy an aperitif in the lounge sofas, or make a barbecue dinner on a long summer evening.

In addition to the great location, the villas have all the amenities for a relaxing stay. An open plan living/dining room with a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning throughout, and four ensuite bedrooms (sleeps 8) with hotel-style bathrooms and always an endless sea view. For a complete holiday feeling, you can use extra services such as a breakfast and grocery service, a private chef, and massages, but you can also rent a boat to float on the clear blue sea.

In addition, the beaches of Ligaries and Kechria are within walking distance, you can hike in the green nature, and the old port town of Skiathos, with its Greek charm, traditional eateries, and lively bars, is only a 20-minute drive away.

OHLIVE Villa I and II are part of a complex consisting of three interconnected villas, of which only two are available for rental. Villa V is located within a separate complex of two interconnected villas, of which only one is rented. Villa V is situated at a lower elevation than the first group of villas, and they do not have visibility of each other.''Additionally, our Beach Villa is located 100 meters from the beach and stands independently. Therefore, the walking distance to Ligaries Beach applies solely to this villa. For the other villas, we recommend using a car to reach Ligaries Beach (approximately a 15-minute drive) or Kechria Beach (approximately a 10-minute drive). The town is accessible within 20 minutes by car from Villas I, II, and V, and within 25 minutes from the Beach Villa.
