When booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the reservation sum. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation amount must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within the 6-week period. We therefore recommend cancellation insurance.
The owners request a deposit of 500 Euro, this has to be to Nice2stay. After your check out, the deposit will be returned to you within 14 days, provided no damage has been found.
