This villa has everything your heart desires: a large garden, heated pool, great ocean views and a beach within walking distance. The villa Olea Prime is located just 300 meters from a sandy beach with shallow water. You can swim in the crystal clear turquoise water in a beautiful sheltered bay. Loutraki beach offers sun beds and umbrellas, a small café for simple lunches and a restaurant serving authentic Cretan dishes.

The villa combines traditional stone architecture with high quality accommodation. Inside you will find a very well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a large sofa, five bedrooms with comfortable beds and four bathrooms. Every day the housekeeper comes to clean the house and make the beds. Outside there is a great sitting and lounge area, where you can enjoy a beautiful view. In the green garden there is a table football and ping pong table.

You can swim in the crystal clear turquoise water in a beautiful sheltered bay. Loutraki beach offers sun beds and umbrellas, a small café for simple lunches and a restaurant serving authentic Cretan dishes. About 1.5 km north along the coast is the beautiful Marathi Bay with three great beaches, several restaurants and a beach bar

Villa Olea Prime is nestled in an olive grove and offers amazing sea views.

Layout (200m2) | 10 people

Via an entrance bridge you enter the main floor of the villa. Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a large dinner table, a toilet, a living area and a large playroom for children with plasma TV, video games and movies.
On a lower level you find three bedrooms. One master bedroom (double bed) with ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms (double beds) that are sharing a bathroom together.
On the lower ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with single beds and the other one with a double bed. Both bedrooms are sharing a large bathroom together. On the same level there is a small kitchenette..
