Both villas are identical to each other and offer the same facilities.

Ground floor:
Through the entrance of the villa you will find yourself in a large open space consisting of the living room with comfortable sofas, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Through glass doors you enter a large covered balcony with a dining area, from here you have a beautiful view over the bay. On the other side of the living room there is also a large open terrace with a private infinity swimming pool (8x4).
Lower floor:
On a lower floor there are two bedrooms with double beds (which can also be converted into single beds). Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom. Between these bedrooms is a game room with TV, 3D movies, a play station, a Wii and games.
First floor:
On the first floor there is a third bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with a wonderful shower.
Outdoor space:
The villas are surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and the outdoor space around the villa and the swimming pool offer a variety of relaxation areas.
