On an area of 350m² (!) you will find five double bedrooms - for a maximum of 10 guests - three of which have a stunning private balcony overlooking the blue of the sea. In addition, there is a light-filled living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that blur the boundaries between inside and outside. Here you will find a state-of-the-art kitchen, an adjoining dining area with a large table, and an inviting lounge area that offers direct access to the covered terrace. Outside, the sparkling swimming pool (with a hydromassage area) and the luxurious lounge beds under the parasol seduce you to cool off or have a wonderful siesta. Or enjoy al-fresco meals under the pergola while admiring the sea views.

Of course, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, bathrobes are ready for you in the bathrooms and a cleaning service is included. For more pampering, you can choose from a private chef, breakfast, massages, or rent a car to explore the island. The capital Zante and Argassi Beach are close by and the fascinating beaches of Vasilikos and lively Laganas are just a short drive away to be explored.

  • A bright bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom

Ground floor:

  • Open-plan living/dining room with a sitting area by the gas fireplace and a dining area with a wooden dining table. Ceiling-high sliding doors open onto the terrace.
  • Fully equipped modern kitchen with a cooking island, fridge/freezer, Espresso machine, hob, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, oven, microwave, (ice) coffee machine, toaster, blender and hand mixer
  • Bathroom with a shower
  • Multi-purpose room with a working desk and a double sofa bed

First floor:

  • Master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and ensuite bathroom with a shower and private balcony
  • Two other bedrooms, both with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a panoramic balcony. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Outside (5000 m²)

  • Covered terrace with a lounge corner and a dining table with a portable BBQ
  • Swimming pool (10.5x4m / 1.60m deep) with hydromassage area
  • Sun terrace with luxurious sun beds, lounge beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower
  • Private parking
