OTIIMA house is located on a slope in a completely secluded private property, surrounded by unspoiled nature with forests, a river stream, and a natural waterfall. It is a perfect retreat for those who want to escape the daily hustle and bustle and immerse themselves in beautiful nature.

The architecture of the house has been completely adapted to its natural location. The entrance of the house is on the first floor and from this floor, you have a view over the entire grounds and the surrounding mountain landscape.

Layout OTIIMA house

First floor:

• The master suite with a double bed and a private bathroom. An immense window opens to the terrace that also connects to the living room.
• Living/dining room with a lounge area with various (design) chairs, a desk, a chaise longue, and a dining table on the other side.
• Fully equipped kitchen including an espresso machine, ice maker, microwave, wine cooler, refrigerator, Nespresso, dishwasher, bread maker, oven, and hob.
• A staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, a unique mezzanine floor.

Upper floor:

• Two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, sauna, and a lounge area with a sofa.

Furthermore, the house is equipped with a satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, underfloor heating, table tennis, and darts, and there is one double sofa bed available for extra guests.

Outside:

Via a staircase, you descend the grounds to the large garden with a lawn and a natural swimming pool with a sun deck and lounge chairs. You will find two large poolside picnic tables under the shade of the tree.

The living room is bordered by a terrace with a hot tub on one side and a terrace with a fire pit and lounge chairs on the other.

You will also find a vegetable garden and fruit trees on the property.
