Palazzo Bevilacqua is a unique holiday home of 600 m2 characterized by original architectural elements, comfortable common areas, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of privacy in the 6 air-conditioned bedrooms with comfortable beds. Outside in the enchanting garden are the private swimming pool and beautiful corners for eating and relaxing.

The house is on two levels and can accommodate up to 14 people. The house is equipped with books, games and a TV.

Ground floor:

• Beautiful dining room with a 5-meter long table specially designed by a sculptor, beautiful niches with cushions and a fireplace. Doors open to the terrace.
• The bright living room overlooks the pool and is furnished with various comfortable chairs and couches, beautiful artwork and a fireplace. Doors open onto the terrace. You will also find a music corner with an electric piano, stereo with iPod / iPhone connection and a music library.
• The master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a very generous ensuite bathroom with a bathtub (on an elevation), two sinks, a bidet and a toilet.
• A spacious studio with an arched ceiling, a wooden table and a reading chair. From this room you have access to an old traditional kitchen, that can be used in case of need. Near to this kitchen there is a guest toilet.
• In front is the living room connected to the main kitchen. The kitchen consists of three different rooms that are equipped with buffet cabinets, tables, gas hobs, a stone sink, a fireplace, a dishwasher, an oven, 2 fridges and an ice machine. You will also find many kitchen utensils, pots and pans and especially local pottery and antiques. The kitchen also has a guest bathroom with shower.

First floor:

• Bedroom 1 with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower, double sink, toilet and bidet.
• Bedroom 2 with three single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, a shower and a bathtub.
• In an independent tower is bedroom 3 with a double bed, a beautiful bookcase and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
• In front of the terrace that overlooks the pool are:
  • Bedroom 4 equipped with a double bed.
  • Bedroom 5 is furnished with three single beds.
  • Bedroom 4 + 5 share a bathroom.

On the top floor (higher than the 1st floor) there is a laundry room with 2 washing machines.

Outside:

• Beautiful lush walled garden with plenty of privacy and a beautiful patio with a large palm tree.
• Swimming pool (20 x 2 m) with blue tiles that is surrounded by a wooden sun deck with loungers.
• Outdoor kitchen with a table for 10 people plus a little further in the garden under the pergola a table for 14 people.
• Relax zone (sheltered by pergola) with designer chairs and Adirondack chairs.
• Table football and table tennis
• There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and you can also easily find a parking space in front of the house.

• For larger groups you can book the top floor. This is a separate apartment with a terrace where 4 people can sleep in two bedrooms.
• If your party is even larger, you can book the adjacent Palazzo Ferramosca (for 11 people) together. The houses communicate with each other through the garden door.
