Palazzo Ferramosca is a beautiful historic building dating from the sixteenth century. It is located on a beautiful village square and is surrounded by a private walled garden with a large swimming pool. It is an exceptional place with lots of space and comfort ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The holiday home is spread over two floors.

Ground floor:

• A large, light living room with comfortable chairs and sofas, a sideboard, striking artwork on the wall and a special hanging lamp. Doors open to the covered lounge area outside.
• A kitchen diner in a beautiful room with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, three hot plates with 2 gas rings each, a microwave, a refrigerator, ice maker, buffet cabinets and a table for 10 people.
• From the kitchen you have access to a toilet with a sink.
• There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with twin beds and beautiful old tiled floors. The bedrooms both open onto a beautiful courtyard. In the courtyard there is also an outdoor shower with hot water.
• There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. 
• In addition, there is an extra (play) room downstairs with a long table and a fireplace.

First floor:

• A staircase takes you to the first floor. Here you enter a beautiful landing decorated with colorful paintings, a desk and a bookcase. A few steps lead you to a large sitting room with a fireplace, chairs and two 3-seater sofas. A door leads to the beautiful covered terrace with comfortable loungers.
• On this floor is a very spacious suite consisting of two adjoining bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 separate beds), ideal for a family with children. The room has a bathroom with a shower and a sink.
• The second bedroom has a double four-poster bed plus a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, as well as an indoor and outdoor shower.

Outside:

• The garden is large and well cared for with two pergolas, the central pergola provides shade at a long dining table, while the other pergola serves as a lounge zone.
• There are various terraces and seats in the garden
• There is a spacious sun terrace on the first floor
• There is a large swimming pool (15 × 2.5 meters) that is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, seats and built-in benches in the shade of the trees
• You can park easily and safely in front of the house
