The one-storey house sits on a quiet street, between the town church and the central square. The replastered walls and floors, distressed wooden doors, stone stairways and vaulted ceilings of the old townhouse come alive in the sparse new interiors highlighted by beautiful patterned tiles and a fresco ceiling.
Pallazzo Nianu has three stunning bedrooms, one ensuite and one shared bathroom, a bright kitchen and a central dining room for hearty meals and conversations. An outdoor eating area shaded by a light pergola extends out from the kitchen, creating a cosy setting for brunch, coffee or even a light dinner. Palazzo Nianu is peppered with vintage and bespoke furniture, enticing seating nooks, and exquisite light fixtures.
To grab some sun or enjoy the colours of the sky at dusk, make your way to the hidden escape on top - the terrace with splendid views of the surrounding landscape. - You enter the house on the ground floor which has a small seating area beside a stairway that leads up to the main floor.
- The dining room is at the centre of the house on the first floor, surrounded by the three bedrooms.
- A few steps down the corridor, away from the bedrooms, you will find the kitchen. It has an oven, fridge, freezer, inductioncooktop, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine and cooking utensils.
- There are 3 bedrooms with double beds - the Blue Room with a blue vaulted ceiling and a large balcony, the White Room with a white vaulted ceiling, and the Master Suite with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and an expansive dressing area.
- One shared bathroom has custom metal faucets, a shower and an old plant pot retrofitted to create a sink.
- There is a laundry room with washing machine.
Outdoor (132 m2)
- Rooftop terrace with a portable barbeque grill.
- Alfresco dining area for 8-10 people with views of the church.
- A small plunge pool (230 x 120 x 60cm).

Meet the people behind the place - Palazzo Nianu/Neviano
Palazzo Neviano was founded by Georg, a German architect, and Alessandro, an Italian architect from Gallipoli. They live and work together in Barcelona. Georg, with a background in London and a passion for museums and tranquility in Mallorca, and Alessandro, raised in Puglia, enjoys city life and art. Their love for architecture and Puglia inspired them to embark on this unique project together.
