Palazzo Ventidue is located on a quiet street in the historic center of the charming town of Nardò. The Berlin couple Manuel and Stefan found this old 18th-century townhouse and renovated this gem with the utmost care and dedication using local and natural materials and in collaboration with local craftsmen.

In every room of the spacious palazzo, the charm of the past is combined with modern comfort and design. Bespoke designer furniture, vintage pieces, and selected works of art blend harmoniously with original vaulted ceilings, each with unique colors that give the spaces their own character.

The heart of the house is the large 'Salone' (living room) in warm earthy tones with a breathtaking 6.5-meter high ceiling! It is equipped with a restored Italian design sitting area and a spacious dining area. Palazzo Ventidue also has a fully equipped kitchen and three double rooms - for 8 people - each with a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a suite with an adjoining living room with a sofa bed for 1-2 people. A staircase leads to the gorgeous roof terrace with a shaded dining area, an outdoor kitchen, and a lounge corner. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, an aperitivo at sunset, or delicious dinners.

Nardò is a jewel in the Salento region, with a rich cultural and culinary offer, beautiful architecture, and a convenient location to discover the nearby beaches of the Ionian coast (a 20-minute drive away) or explore beautiful historic towns such as Gallipoli and Lecce.
