In addition to the open-plan living room with kitchen, you will find two beautiful bedrooms (for four people) and a bathroom, all providing optimal comfort. The outside areas are fully equipped to enjoy the warm Greek climate: a covered terrace for an al-fresco dinner, loungers, pool and outdoor kitchen (ready in spring 2023) and bean bags in the garden for a siesta, and a lawn for playing. You are only 15 minutes away from the gorgeous beaches of Zakynthos and if you want to see more of the island everything from boat trips, island tours, but also breakfast and a private cook can be arranged for you.

Pervoli Farmhouse (85m2) is a one-story, two-bedroom house that sleeps 4 people. The house is situated in complete privacy on a 30-hectare site with various fruit trees. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. There is also a ceiling fan in the living room. The house is laid out as follows:
- From the front terrace, a door leads to the open-plan living area with a spacious seating area and a fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the back garden through a door. You will find 2 spacious sofas and armchairs in the sitting area and a wood-burning stove.
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, espresso machine, and toaster, among other things.
- The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and views of the mountains and olive groves in front of the property.
- The other bedroom has two twin beds (80x200cm) that can be joined together and is situated at the back of the house.
- The bathroom is fully equipped with toiletries, bathrobes, and a walk-in shower.
