Pervoli Farmhouse (85m2) is a one-story, two-bedroom house that sleeps 4 people. The house is situated in complete privacy on a 30-hectare site with various fruit trees. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. There is also a ceiling fan in the living room. The house is laid out as follows: 

• From the front terrace, a door leads to the open-plan living area with a spacious seating area and a fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the back garden through a door. You will find 2 spacious sofas and armchairs in the sitting area and a wood-burning stove.
• The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, espresso machine, and toaster, among other things.
• The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and views of the mountains and olive groves in front of the property.
• The other bedroom has two twin beds (80x200cm) that can be joined together and is situated at the back of the house.
• The bathroom is fully equipped with toiletries, bathrobes, and a walk-in shower.

Outside

• The terrace (25m2) at the house is covered and has a dining table for 6 people.
• You will find seats with chairs, loungers, beanbags, and parasols in the lush garden.
• Pool (10 x 5 x 1.40 meters) and outdoor kitchen. 
• The accommodation is completely fenced and has private parking.
