- The living/dining area and the kitchen are located on the first floor and provide access to a large terrace/balcony that is partly covered.
- The living/dining room has a lounge area and a dining area, while the fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Espresso machine, blender, and kettle
- There are three bedrooms, all located on the second floor:
- One bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and body care products (shampoo and shower gel)
- Two bedrooms with two single beds which share a bathroom with a shower
- There is a separate guest toilet
Outside:
The villa is located on private grounds of more than 9 hectares where you will find the following amenities:
- A large terrace - accessible from the living room - with a dining table, a built-in barbecue/grill, and a lounge bed
- One level lower, in the beautifully maintained garden, is the swimming pool (8x4m and 1.40m deep), surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols.
- The swimming pool is open from April to September and also has a pool house with bathroom
- In the garden in the shade of the pergola, there is a second dining table and you will find various seating areas around the house
- There are sufficient parking spaces

- Handmade bamboo flutes are made with bamboo from the garden, with the option to purchase your unique piece
- Old linens find new life at local charities
- No pesticides are used
- The garden is home to native plants and a tree is planted for each guest visit to give back to the earth.
- Rainwater is collected to irrigate the gardens, reducing water waste and supporting local ecosystems.
