Immersed in a large family estate with olive trees, just a few kilometers from Tsilivi beach in Zakynthos is set Phi Simple Living Quarters. In complete peace and privacy, you will find a harmonious mix of comfort and nature here! It is an ideal retreat to enjoy slow living and the splendor of the landscape that unfolds in front of you. 

When you enter the house you immediately feel the peaceful ambiance. The interiors are elegant with sustainable and natural materials, renovated furniture, soft bedding, and warm wooden accessories. There are three spacious bedrooms - for 6 people - a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room that gives access to the spacious outdoor terrace. Here you can relax with a book, gather for an al-fresco lunch, or simply do nothing while looking out over the estate's olive trees. One level lower, the private swimming pool beckons for a cooling dip or a siesta in the shade of the parasols.

If you want to alternate days of rest with day trips around the island, Phi Simple Living Quarters offers a perfect base. Just a 10-minute walk away is Tsilivi beach and a short drive (5 minutes) will take you to Zakynthos town for a night out or dinner with fresh seafood. Further afield are the charming town of Laganas, Gerakas Beach known for its nesting turtles, and the picturesque village of Vasilikos with pristine beaches to be explored.

Phi Simple Living Quarters is a charming house located on a large estate with numerous olive trees. With elegant interiors, splendid gardens with a private swimming pool, beautiful views, and plenty of peace and privacy, this is an ideal getaway to immerse yourself in nature and completely unwind.

Layout Phi Simple Living Quarters  | 120m² | 6 people

  • The living/dining area and the kitchen are located on the first floor and provide access to a large terrace/balcony that is partly covered.
  • The living/dining room has a lounge area and a dining area, while the fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Espresso machine, blender, and kettle
  • There are three bedrooms, all located on the second floor: 
    • One bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and body care products (shampoo and shower gel)
    • Two bedrooms with two single beds which share a bathroom with a shower
  • There is a separate guest toilet

Outside:

The villa is located on private grounds of more than 9 hectares where you will find the following amenities:

  • A large terrace - accessible from the living room - with a dining table, a built-in barbecue/grill, and a lounge bed
  • One level lower, in the beautifully maintained garden, is the swimming pool (8x4m and 1.40m deep), surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols.
  • The swimming pool is open from April to September and also has a pool house with bathroom
  • In the garden in the shade of the pergola, there is a second dining table and you will find various seating areas around the house
  • There are sufficient parking spaces

To ensure minimal impact on the surrounding nature, Phi Simple Living Quarters pays close attention to eco-friendly facilities and practices:

  • Handmade bamboo flutes are made with bamboo from the garden, with the option to purchase your unique piece
  • Old linens find new life at local charities
  • No pesticides are used
  • The garden is home to native plants and a tree is planted for each guest visit to give back to the earth.
  • Rainwater is collected to irrigate the gardens, reducing water waste and supporting local ecosystems.
