Pianciano is an ancient estate maintain it with lots of love and dedication. Pianciano has over 1000 acres of land plus 2.200 olive trees. The Bachetoni family produces excellent DOP extra virgin olive oil, jams and honey from home grown produce and there are plenty of truffles to be found on the estate grounds. Much attention has been paid to the renovation and interior design of the buildings; old wooden beamed ceilings, stone floors, handmade linens and beautiful furniture. Every holiday rental has a large private terrace and garden. The swimming pool and the Turkish steam bath are shared by the guests of Pianciano.

Il Cipresso (150m2, suitable for 6 persons) is located inside the former stables, which have been rebuilt into a generously spacious holiday home. All rooms are located on the same floor. The layout is as follows:

- 2 bathrooms, one of them with a shower, and the second one has a bath/shower

La Roccia (150m2, suitable for 6 persons) used to be an old sheep stable and this house is divided over two floors. The layout is as follows:

- 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor

L'Arco (300m2, suitable for 8 people) is named after the large stone arch in the living room. The layout is as follows:

ll Melograno (150m2, suitable for 6 persons) is located right in the center of the Borgo. It is named after the pomegranate tree planted nearby. The layout is as follows:
- Large kitchen-living/dining room with a sitting area by the fireplace, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove, Nespresso, and American coffee machine
- Three bedrooms, two of which are double or twin, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath
- Utility room with washing machine in a separate building.
- Private garden with lounge area and shaded terrace with a dining table and barbecue
Pianciano is certainly also suitable for children; there is a playroom with a Ping-Pong table and children can collect fresh eggs every day. Another fun tip is a pizza night with the cook. Upon request, the staff can also babysit for you.
