Poggio Posillipo offers its guests access to its wine cellar (honesty bar), the most interesting, and often unknown, white and red wines of Umbria. In addition, once a week a delicious dinner is offered by an Umbrian chef. The owners provide free cleaning services three times a week to enhance the quality of your stay.
The interior of the house is an attractive mix of old and new. Original beamed ceilings and floors are combined with contemporary New York furniture, a modern kitchen and bathrooms, and striking wall art. Upstairs and downstairs you will find an inviting living room with comfortable sofas - perfect for a movie night or a family game - where fireplaces provide warmth and comfort on cool evenings. In addition, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. Children can have fun outside on the grass, in the water and on the private tennis court next to the house! There is even a special children's room connected to the master bedroom by a door, the perfect solution for parents with smaller children! On the second floor, the former loggia has been renovated into a cozy Jardin d'Hiver whose seamless windows overlook the forest, ideal for a relaxing afternoon of reading.

The owners of Poggio Posilippo ask for a deposit. 1,500 Euros. You pay this to Nice2stay. You will receive a payment request for this 2 weeks before the start. If you leave the house behind and no damage has been found, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after departure from the house.

Poggio Posillipo is located in the Umbrian countryside, near the small village of Quadro, just 15 km from the town of Todi. Todi provides you with all your daily amenities and has a beautiful medieval center with inviting squares and buildings, nice shops, restaurants, and cafes.
The location of the holiday home is ideal for visiting the beautiful villages of Umbria such as Orvieto (40 min), Assisi, Spoleto, Viterbo, and Perugia (all about an hour's drive). Lake Bolsena is 55km away and Lake Trasimeno is a 65km drive.
The airports of Rome (Fiumicino) and Ancona are 2 hours away. A 45-minute drive brings you to Perugia airport where Ryanair offers flights from Brussels-Charleroi airport.
