• An elevated seating area with a hanging wood stove from Bordelet and a projector and Sonos speaker for the perfect movie nights
• Adjacent is an excellently equipped kitchen with a bar and dining table
• The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and Sjöstrand coffee machine
• Behind the kitchen is a wardrobe and an open bathroom with two rain showers and a double bed (1.80x2.10m).
• On top of the bathroom - under the sloping roof - there is a 3-person bed (2.70x2.10m).
• All beds have Emma mattresses and anti-allergenic duvets and pillows.
• The house also has underfloor heating and floor cooling, as well as a washer/dryer

Outside:

• Enclosed garden with bamboo plants and rhododendrons
• Large wooden terrace /boardwalk with a picnic table, parasol and barbecue
• Natural swimming pool (13m long and 1.40m deep)

Extra information:

• The swimming pool is not fenced, so it is very important that (small) children are always kept under supervision
• The pool is natural, so not heated! The pool heats up quickly in warmer weather due to the large amount of lava stones in the helophyte filter 
• The house has no curtains in the living area. You can largely darken the bedrooms; in the downstairs bedroom there are curtains for the lower windows and in the upstairs bedroom the windows can be darkened with blinds
• The triple bed is located under a sloping roof
