The central staircase seamlessly connects the three floors and the mezzanine floor with beautiful stone sink and two guest toilets and baby changing table.

Ground floor:

• Here is the family room at the side of the villa. A beautiful room with four single beds, a high ceiling with a loft with two more single beds.
• The spacious ensuite bathroom has two showers and a double sink is a few steps lower.
• The bathroom connects to the multifunctional space (60m2) downstairs. Here is the football table, table tennis table, a nice lockable room with a (sleeping) sofa and desk, large conference table and doors to the pool area and the sports field. There is also a television room.
• The space can still be partly closed off with a flexible pull-out wall, creating an extra sleeping space.
• There is also an extra bathroom with shower and toilet, which the pool guests can use.
• Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.

Above floor:

Here are five double bedrooms, all provided with:

• ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
• beautiful lighting

Four rooms have two single beds and one room has a king-size bed. One room has a small balcony.

Outdoor areas:

• Four spacious terraces have been built around the villa
• Covered terrace with large dining table and a view of the swimming pool
• Terrace on the side (western sun) of the villa with panoramic view of the meadows and the yoga house in the distance
• Terrace with large dining table on the south side with sun awning, turns into a gravel garden with beautifully lit tree, fire pit and the BBQ area at the back of the garden
• BBQ area with nice bar table with bar stools and a view over the Semois and the bridge
• The pool is lower and therefore it has a lot of privacy. Stair gates close off the ground floor gardens / terraces for the safety of the little ones.
• The swimming pool (11 x 4 meters) is heated with a heat pump and offers a stable temperature of 28 degrees from the beginning of April to the beginning of November. There is a shallow waterfall for the children and a large sun terrace with sun beds
• On the same level is a sports field where you can play badminton or table tennis
• Lockable bicycle shed
• All land behind the villa belongs to Pure Semois. Often horses graze in the meadows and a hiking trail through the valley along the Semois takes you to a beautiful additional wooden building (10x6 meters), ideal for yoga sessions or brainstorming
• You can safely park a few cars on the closed domain.

In the summer, the mini beach on the Semois, at the end of the site, is a wonderful place to play and splash. The river Semois flows past the villa and provides not only a pleasant view, but also soothing rippling sounds. On the other side of the road, next to the watermill, a few more beaches arise in the summer due to the falling water level.
